Liberal Democrat councillor Derek Kennedy has been selected as a volunteer for the Illuminating Hadrian Wall project on 13 March 2010. Derek and a small group of volunteers tested the lighting on Monday 22nd Feb. Derek was interviewed by ITV local news and by the Times.
